Leading a chapter and running our makeover sessions taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and truly listening.

I learned how to work alongside a team - understanding what makes a strong team is that everyone has something different to bring to the table and has diverse experiences. I also learned how important teamwork is; how compassion and communication skills are necessary to be an impactful leader.
