The GG model promotes personal transformation, academic and future professional success.
Training
GG National staff provides training and continued communication through our online platform to support our network of teen volunteer chapters. This also includes marquee events such as GLTI and Power Brunch.
Mentorship & connections
Leadership learning is based in the intergenerational programming at the chapter level. This is complemented by GG National staff and leadership resources, including reflective journaling.
Recognition
Our online platform allows teen volunteers to easily track their service hours reaching milestones of service awards, recommendation letters, and scholarships.
Through GG I learned the importance of compassion and communication. Now, I pay it forward as a mentor to GG volunteers!
