GlamourGals got me involved in philanthropy and something bigger than myself at a young age.

I joined this organization just as a freshman in high school, dedicating my Sunday mornings to put a smile on all the ladies at our local senior home visits. I partook in GlamourGals all four years, and eventually became my chapter president. Getting other young ladies to feel empowered and join this organization at club fairs was a huge part in opening my eyes to the impact we were making. Hearing each person's story at makeovers held immense importance, and we listened to a lifetime of experiences, challenges, successes, and failures. It was beyond enlightening and empowering.
