Andrew Stemmer

Andrew Stemmer is Managing Director, Global General Counsel of Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement at Deutsche Bank, New York, NY

Previously, Andrew served as Deutsche Bank’s Global General Counsel of Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement, Outside Counsel Management and E-Discovery.

Andrew has been at Deutsche Bank since 2013, prior to which he was associated with the law firm Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP, where he focused on securities, complex commercial disputes and bankruptcy.
