Glammy Scholarship Awards
19TH ANNUAL
We gathered in the heart of New York City for the 19th annual Glammy Scholarship Awards Ceremony.
This event signifies how we reward our volunteers for all the changes they strive to make in their communities throughout the service year.
Recognizing the service of our teen volunteers

PRE-CEREMONY FUN
GG Alumni Anna Haraka interviewed volunteers, notable alumni, parents, and special guests on the Hot Pink Carpet.
From friendship bracelets, mocktails, to an unlimited jewelry bar, the GG community celebrated in style.
“The was a "mocktail hour" where the volunteers were able to talk, eat, take pictures, and go to the jewelry bar made the day really special.” - GG Volunteer

CELEBRATING OUR VOLUNTEERS
The Ceremony
The fun was followed by the ceremony where 6 GlamourGals volunteers were awarded with scholarships. We also awarded a member of the GG Community with the Inspiration Glammy Award. Each winner reflected on their service with GlamourGals and what it has taught them as young leaders.

FOUNDER & CEO’S REFLECTION
Rachel Doyle’s gratitude
“It’s not that our teen volunteers just show up to the senior home, it’s that they show up with ideas, passion, creativity, and thoughtfulness. They have the drive to make someone’s day better than their own. That’s impressive.”
“Each one of you stepped up to make the lives of others better. You should feel proud of the impact you’re making on other people’s lives. You transformed pain into beauty.” - Allegra Cohen
