3 Questions With Jill
Who is the senior in your own life who shaped you?
“My Grandmother, Catherine, shaped me in so many ways, and I was blessed to have her in my life until my early twenties. Ever the lady, she exuded grace and style, with a strong moral character that left a deep impression on me. Her faith was paramount and helped form my own value system. My desire to serve others, in large part, began with my Grandmother.”
If a teen volunteer gave you a makeover, what would you ask them about their life?
"I would ask them about their aspirations, for the short term and long term. I love making connections, so of course I would want to know how I could help!”
What would you tell your teenage self about leadership?
"I would tell myself not to try to be someone else, but rather, be the best version of you! Mirroring other strong and influential leaders is great, but don’t lose sight of what makes you unique and lean in to your best qualities!“
