Rowena Villanueva, the owner of The Pilates Nook NYC, is a lover of all things movement-related. She believes that not only can Pilates and movement benefit people from all walks of life but that strengthening one’s mind-body connection is both effective and truly life-changing. The Pilates Nook NYC teaches you to move and move well.
Stephanie Lee is the founder and CEO of SELFMADE, a company on a mission to democratize mental health by developing personal care products that are linked to emotional wellbeing concepts and mental health resources. SELFMADE’s products are meant to support you from the inside out.
Panelist Speakers
Lynese Rawlins joined Simon Quick in September of 2018 and oversees their internal Human Resources department. Her primary responsibilities include general HR administration, hiring/recruiting, employee relations and experience, benefits, and payroll. Lynese advises management on HR issues, oversees 401K elections, and acts as a confidential point person for all employees. She also plays a key role in managing Simon Quick’s Internship and Analyst Training Programs.
Brenda Torres-Wells is a CDP Certified Dementia Practitioner, and CADDCT Certified Alzheimer’s Disease Dementia Care Trainer with a recognized successful work background as a dynamic developer of new initiatives, trends using traditional & non-traditional innovative technology approaches that have earned national recognition and awards.
Jennifer O’Keeffe, MD. Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, private practice NYC. Jennifer is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Her overarching professional goal is to empower her patients and their families with thoughtful, creative, personalized treatment and help them enjoy a sustainably healthy future.

Bree Frank is an NYC transplant who relocated to Los Angeles three years ago with her husband and two daughters. In 2017 she founded Hue You Know, now a 501 (c) (3) organization that serves a community of BIPOC professionals in media through mentorship and jobs by creating pipeline access to network and studios through DEI work.
