Spreading Cheer with My Dear Friend Holiday Cards

Dana P., President of the Albuquerque Academy Chapter, shares how volunteers from her chapter are spreading holiday cheer with My Dear Friend cards.

This was our first club meeting, and everyone enjoyed spreading holiday cheer by writing cards for the senior residents. Initially, I was worried not many people would show up and that we would not have enough holiday cards to bring to the seniors. We ended up having 20 people come, and all of the officers showed up. We got to meet new friends and get to know each other better. I am so excited to bring the holiday cards to the seniors at David Spector Shalom House. I cannot wait to see the joy on their faces, especially because I know how much effort everyone put into making both holiday cards and this event happen.
