Isabella Suffredini is a Senior Housing Finance Analyst at Wells Fargo. A graduate of Cornell’s Hotel School, Isabella has built her career around a single mission: reshaping how America approaches aging.

Isabella's path started at age 12, when her close relationship with her great-grandmother led her to start volunteering at an assisted living community in her hometown. That early exposure to hospitality showed her the real impact of relationships, community, and thoughtful care on seniors. She's carried that lesson forward ever since, working across hospitality and senior living with a constant focus on learning from others and helping push the industry toward meaningful innovation.
