Jessica Rodgers is a Partner in the Enterprise Risk practice of Ernst & Young LLP and is the Internal Audit Fintech leader. She has more than 21 years of direct audit, risk, compliance (including AML), and banking experience at large financial services and payments institutions.

Jessica was first introduced to GlamourGals in 2017. She was so inspired by the mission and CEO, Rachel, that she became a member of the Executive Council.
