Rana Ghaoui

Rana (she/her) is a Senior Director of Business Transformation at Interpublic Group (IPG) focused on large scale programs, working across multiple areas and stakeholders to drive critical business, operational and strategic changes. Prior to that, Rana worked for over 15 years as a Finance, Organization and Workforce Transformation Consultant at EY and PwC. Rana was inspired to get involved with GlamourGals after sitting next to Rachel at an Illuminate dinner.

“Growing up, I was very close to my grandmother. She passed away when I couldn’t be by her side. When I heard the stories of the volunteers that night, I was deeply touched by their passion and drive, not only for self-development but also to bring joy to seniors who may, otherwise, be isolated. I asked Rachel if I can get involved so I can support those intelligent, accomplished young women however I could and know that, through their efforts, I can help provide a more compassionate world for our seniors.

This is a program that bridges across generations and provides a rewarding experience to all involved, however big or small their involvement may be.
