Rana (she/her) is a Senior Director in EY-Parthenon’s Corporate & Growth Strategy practice, where she helps organizations solve complex challenges, improve performance, and build the capabilities needed for growth. She brings more than 20 years of transformation experience across the business value chain, with leadership roles at S4 Capital Group/Monks, Interpublic Group (IPG), EY, and PwC.

She was inspired to get involved with GlamourGals after sitting next to Rachel at an Illuminate dinner. Rachel’s story and her mission of serving others deeply resonated with her, particularly the way GlamourGals creates meaningful connections and touches lives across generations.

“Growing up, I was very close to my grandmother. She passed away when I couldn’t be by her side. When I heard the stories of the volunteers that night, I was deeply touched by their passion and drive, not only for self-development but also to bring joy to seniors who may, otherwise, be isolated. I asked Rachel if I can get involved so I can support those intelligent, accomplished young women however I could and know that, through their efforts, I can help provide a more compassionate world for our seniors.

This is a program that bridges across generations and provides a rewarding experience to all involved, however big or small their involvement may be.
