Samantha Braunstein (she/her) is counsel at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the Restructuring and Insolvency team. She counsels clients on various financial restructuring matters. Samantha's experience includes both in-court and out-of-court representation of agents, banks, funds, borrowers and potential purchasers of distressed debt and assets. Much of her experience entails multi-jurisdictional complexities.

Samantha became involved with GlamourGals when providing pro bono legal services for the organization in 2012. She was so inspired by the organization’s mission, she soon thereafter joined the Advisory Counsel. 

Samantha lives in New York City with her husband, Pete, and rescue Japanese Chin, Scully.
