Putting Together Christmas Gift Bags

This past Friday, I helped my GlamourGals chapter assemble gift bags for seniors. We used the cards that we had previously made, some donations, as well as ornaments and coloring books that were supplied to us by the GlamourGals organization. Going into it, I was a little nervous because I didn't know any of the other members, but I was able to get to know them all a little while we were assembling. It was so heartwarming knowing that these simple Christmas gifts can make a senior's day. I know that especially since quarantine, it's been hard for many of them especially considering they are most at-risk for Covid-19. This activity really strengthened my passion for GlamourGals because it makes me so happy thinking of the impact that all of my simple acts of generosity can have.
