Why GlamourGals looks like such a glamorous experience!

Before St. Jean Baptiste High School, I never knew that there was a service to help elders. I have always seen these types of programs in movies, and it always looked so fun and enjoyable. When I saw that I was able to join a volunteering program, I quickly joined GlamourGals. GlamourGals looks like such an exciting and lively experience. These current times have been very rough, especially to people that are older than I am. It is nice to see that there is a way that I can help those same people feel better and happier during these scary times. I always cherish time with my family, especially my grandparents, so seeing that I can volunteer and spend time with other mothers and grandmothers is very heartwarming to know. Even though there may not be as many things to do due to the pandemic, I know that the time and dedication is going to be worth it. With GlamourGals, I can be more social and learn and listen to new people and what they say. I know it will be a learning experience that I will always remember. During GlamourGals, I hope to learn new things, make new friendships, and build and show love for all. I am so excited for this experience, and I am ready to see what the future holds for GlamourGals.
