Holiday Campaign Reflection

Emma G., Bay Port High School chapter President, shares the creative ways her chapter gave back to the seniors during the holiday season and her excitement for upcoming campaigns.

Our Holiday Campaign is finally completed and I had so much fun running it! Our chapter created 175 goodie bags to deliver to the seniors at Brookview Meadows and Grancare, which Bianca, Jacey, and I had dropped off on December 23.

In this campaign, I had organized and managed the Maurices donation drive again, which went absolutely AMAZING! We had received 85 pairs of slipper socks! Even though I had organized the drive with Maurices last year - This year I had done it within the store setting since this year I have been working more hours. I absolutely loved connecting with those in our community to explain what GlamourGals is, both to my team members and customers - Most of which absolutely loved the idea of this organization! Sydney S was a huge help too with this drive and helped me talk it up within the company (and she purchased a bunch of slipper socks!)

Overall as we are heading into the new year, I am excited to continue working with GlamourGals and running more campaigns!
