Empowering and Uplifting Confidence Workshop

Annette C., Vice President of the Origins High School chapter, reflects on her positive experience while attending a Confidence Workshop hosted by GG National.

Attending the confidence workshop hosted by GGNational was an empowering and uplifting experience and I'm sure everyone that was present can agree with me. The workshop was thoughtfully designed to nurture self-esteem and enhance interpersonal skills. The presenter created an environment that encouraged open dialogue and self-reflection.

The session was a perfect blend of engaging activities and insightful discussions aimed at boosting confidence levels. My favorite part of the session was when we were paired up with the person sitting next to us for a compliment exchange. It was a heartwarming and uplifting experience to give genuine compliments and to receive them from someone else. This exercise not only boosted my own confidence, but also created a sense of unity within the group. Overall, the confidence workshop was an invaluable opportunity to grow personally. It left me and others inspired to not only keep being confident in ourselves, but to make others feel confident as well.
