Building Confidence through GlamourGals

Yinwei Z., volunteer from the Stuyvesant High School chapter, reflects on their involvement in GlamourGals and how it has shaped and prepared them for the future.

Today, February 6th, Stuyvesant had a confidence workshop hosted by GGNational. Reflecting on my involvement with GlamourGals and my time at Stuyvesant High School brings a sense of pride and accomplishment. It has taught me the values of empathy, organization, and time management. Working with GlamourGals has deepened my understanding of the impact of companionship on the elderly, enriching my personal and educational journey. This dual experience has shaped me into a more compassionate, driven, and well-rounded individual, ready to face future challenges.
