Why Vinnie serves with GlamourGals
Vinnie D’Eramo is a Managing Director with Deloitte Consulting, serving as the Sales Leader for the firm’s Regulatory, Risk & Forensic (RR&F) practice. He splits his time between Deloitte’s strategic Law Firm Program and the firm’s largest corporate accounts, primarily in Financial Services. Vinnie works closely with global corporations and their outside counsel through complex litigation, corruption, regulatory and fraud-related matters, leveraging Deloitte’s RR&F practice to provide forensic accounting, eDiscovery, litigation and investigations support, regulatory consulting and remediation services.
Vinnie has been involved with GlamourGals since 2022, serving as Deloitte’s executive sponsor. He incorporated GlamourGals into Deloitte’s annual Impact Day, where dozens of Deloitte volunteers spend the morning at senior centers in NYC. He’s proudly led and hosted many impactful GG events to raise awareness for the organization throughout the legal community.
“GlamourGals immediately resonated with me as I spent countless hours visiting my grandparents in senior homes growing up. I know how much it meant for them to spend time with loved ones in their final years. I also sensed the loneliness that many residents experienced after long periods of time without companionship. I love that GG inspires the next generation to be leaders and I can’t wait for my daughters to get involved with the organization.”
In his free time, Vinnie is an endurance athlete with a passion for running. He loves spending time with his beautiful wife Laura and amazing kids Vincent, Giada and Gemma Grace.

Who is the senior in your own life who shaped you?
"My late grandmother Loretta Giunta opened my eyes to traveling around the world, from Europe to Alaska. She will always be near and dear to my heart and one of the reasons I care so much about GG’s mission (we visited her often in senior homes and eventually the hospice where she passed many years ago).”

What would you tell your teenage self about leadership?
"I would tell my teenage self to dream bigger, to take more risks, and to lead in more areas of life, even if there is discomfort."
