3 Questions With Chelsea

What made GlamourGals real for you?

"It’s hard to choose, but I’d say being on a panel at GLTI in 2016. Just one year prior, I was a part of the audience of volunteers, so it was a full circle moment and I enjoyed having the opportunity to mentor others. Rachel always says “once a GlamourGal, always a GlamourGal” and that was one of several examples of how the GlamourGals team was willing to invest in my development even beyond being a volunteer.

What’s your go-to nail polish color — and what does it say about you?

"Currently, it’s a pink jelly polish where my natural nails still show through. I guess it says I like to build on my strengths. I like my natural nails, so the pink jelly polish just gives them a little extra shine and support.”

What’s the best piece of advice a senior ever gave you?

"Volunteering with the seniors taught me to appreciate the little things. Seeing them light up at the end of a manicure (and sometimes just after their first nail was polished) reminded me that small acts of kindness and self-care can make a big difference.”
