Why Errol serves with GlamourGals

Errol Eisner is Director of Complex Litigation & Strategic Partnerships at Esquire Deposition Solutions, with more than 16 years of experience in the litigation support industry. He works closely with leading law firms and corporate legal departments, helping legal teams navigate complex litigation matters and connecting them with Esquire’s court reporting, deposition and litigation support services nationwide and around the world.

Errol has served on the Board of Directors of KEEN New York (Kids Enjoy Exercise Now) since 2014, supporting its mission to provide recreational opportunities for youth with disabilities. He holds a B.S. in Marketing and Finance and an M.B.A. from the State University of New York at New Paltz. In his free time, Errol enjoys playing soccer in a New York City lawyers league and spending time with his wife, Jaclyn, and their children, Willow and Caleb.

Errol first became involved with GlamourGals after attending its signature Illuminate event more than a decade ago. He joined the GlamourGals Advisory Council in 2024 and currently serves as LinkedIn Deputy Chair, helping amplify the organization’s mission, people and impact through professional networking and community engagement.

3 Questions With Errol

Who is the senior in your own life who shaped you?

"My grandmother, Ruth Schueler, affectionately known in our family as “GG,” has been my greatest mentor, personally and professionally. Her resilience, optimism, compassion, and generosity have shaped the person I am and the way I try to show up for others. I can trace so much of my own commitment to community, mentorship, and service, including my involvement with GlamourGals, back to her example.”

Tell us about a senior you’ll never forget.

"My grandmother, GG, is someone I’ll never forget. She survived Nazi persecution as a child, lived through the Blitz in London, and came to America as a 20-year-old war bride. Later, after losing her husband, she stepped up to lead her family’s business while raising three children. Through every chapter of her life, she has shown incredible resilience, optimism, compassion, and generosity.”

What would you tell your teenage self about leadership?

"Leadership isn’t always something you plan for. Sometimes life places an enormous responsibility in front of you, and you have to rise to meet it with resilience, optimism, and compassion.”
