Why Lauri serves with GlamourGals
Lauri Rasnick (she/her) is a Partner at Epstein Becker & Green, where she practices employment law for management and employers. She counsels on all aspects of employment law, including investigations, employment agreements, leaves and accommodations, and DEI compliance. Lauri conducts high-stakes investigations involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and whistleblower claims. She represents clients in litigation involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, non-competition agreements, and wage and hour matters.
As co-head of the firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) practice group, Lauri advises companies on global DEI policies. She is a member of the firm's Employment, Labor & Workforce Management Steering Committee and the Executive Committee of the Women's Initiative.
Lauri has been a GlamourGals Advisory Council Member since 2012.

"The teen volunteers teach me that goodness and generosity still exist in the world, especially among young people. Their willingness to show up, engage authentically, and give their time to make someone else's day better gives me genuine hope for the future.”
