Power Brunch

Janiya A., a Bloomfield High School volunteer, writes about her experience at the 6th Annual Power Brunch.

I'm glad that I participated in the Power Brunch because it taught me about how I can use things that I've learned from my GG experience within my future endeavors. The Alumni that spoke at the beginning of the event were very helpful as they offered new perspectives and ways to use this GG experience going forward. I also got to learn from some Alumni that share the same interests as me, such as with the medical field and the Physician Assistant profession. I was also able to take a look at their resume to get a better idea of what the format and content of an official resume should look like. This was a very informative and worthwhile event!
